Seattle City Council Passes Tougher Gun Laws

Seattle, Washington (CNN) - The massacre in Connecticut is prompting lawmakers across the country to reevaluate state and local gun regulations.
In Seattle, Washington, city council members moved swiftly passing a resolution for more gun control.
But as Linda Brill reports, the proposal will have to overcome big legal hurdles to become law.
