Kerns, Utah (CNN) - Parents at a Utah elementary school are outraged after a student brought a gun to school.
The principal of West Kearns Elementary School sent out a message Monday saying the sixth grader did it for protection -- just days after the deadly Connecticut elementary school shooting.
