Woman Wearing Little Clothing Lead To Arrest In Boise

Boise, Idaho (KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV) Early Monday morning, Boise police say they were called to a disturbance at a residence in the 5200 block of West Morris Hill Road. When authorities arrived they found Alison R. Drinkall 35 of Boise outside, wearing little clothing. According to reports the suspect’s behavior was unusual and at one point, the suspect kicked an officer repeatedly in the leg. Moments later, officers located Larry W. Beeton, 42 who also appeared to be under the influence of a mind altering substance standing outside the residence. During the course of the investigation officers recovered a small amount of meth and drug paraphernalia inside the home. The drugs were within reach of four children ranging in age from under 15 years old down to 18 months of age. The children were declared to be in imminent danger and turned over to the custody of agents from the Idaho State Department of Health and Welfare.

Both were charged with injury to a child, possession of a control substance (Meth) and Possession of drug paraphernalia. In addition the woman was charged with battery on an officer.
