Taft, California (CNN) - New information on that school shooting in California.
Police say the 16-year-old who allegedly blasted a classroom with bullets believed he had been bullied, and the shoot-out was payback.
Now he's facing attempted murder charges.
As Kelsey Thomas reports, the shooting left the community in shock.
