California Officer Killed In Shooting
Galt, California (CNN) - A police officer was shot and killed in the line of duty outside Sacramento, California.
Investigators say 35-year-old Galt Police Officer Kevin Tonn was killed by a burglary suspect this morning as he responded to a break-in call. Another officer was also shot at but wasn't hit. After a foot pursuit, police say the gunman shot and killed himself. Tonn had been with Galt police for three-and-a-half years. Comments ( |
