Police Beat Man In Diabetic Shock
Henderson, Nevada (CNN) - A Nevada lawman is reportedly the focus of a grand jury investigation because of this controversial 2010 dashcam video.
The camera was rolling as Henderson police Sergeant Brett Seekatz repeatedly kicked a driver in the head. Officers later realized Adam Greene was experiencing diabetic shock. Greene settled with the city for 300-thousand -dollars. Seekatz was disciplined but still works for the department. Because grand jury investigations are secret it's not clear what, if any, federal charges the officer will face. Comments ( |
