Homeless Hygiene Facility Location Controversy

Seattle, Washington (CNN) - An organization wants to build a homeless hygiene facility a Northwest Seattle neighborhood.
It would be a place for them to shower and clean-up instead of crowding local businesses.
These so-called urban rest stops are in other places around town.
But, as Kristen Drew reports, some in the neighborhood are not behind the idea.
