Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington (CNN) - Soldiers suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder - or P-T-S-D - say they're dismayed that the Army secretary doesn't yet have a specific plan on how to help them.
Secretary John McHugh signed a letter, directing Army leaders to come up with a plan -- but no other specifics.
McHugh is on a two-day visit to Madigan Army Medical Center, which has come under fire for allegedly short-changing soldiers who come home with brain injuries and serious psychological issues.
The Army has done a major investigation, the results were due Monday, but the Army secretary says they're not yet ready.
Keith Eldridge reports.
