Former Spokane Target Manager, Retired Colonel, Picked To Oversee U.S. Nuclear Security
Spokane, Washington (CNN) - A former manager at a Target store in north Spokane has taken new job overseeing America's nuclear security.
Steve Asher has been named as the acting head of nuclear security by the National Nuclear Security Administration. Asher settled down in Spokane County after retiring as a colonel from the Air Force in 2008. He then worked at the north Spokane Target for a couple of years.
