Boise, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) – Police say a 22 year old Mountain Home man was injured after the car he was driving crashed near Boise. The Idaho State Police say they were called to the scene about 4:46 am this morning. The crash happened on Interstate 84 at milepost 54 near the Broadway exit. Michael Beau was westbound when he drove off the right side of the road where the vehicle struck a guardrail. The car then traveled across the interstate to the left shoulder hitting a second guardrail. That impact caused the car to spin across to the right lane of travel where it came to rest. One of the lanes was blocked for about an hour. Authorities say Beau was wearing a seatbelt.
