Crash Spills Ketchup Along Highway
Reno, Nevada (CNN) - A tractor-trailer crash had Nevada State Police seeing red on Thursday.
The big rig spilled thousand of bottles and cans of Heinz ketchup all over Interstate 80 in Reno. State police say crews put sand on the ketchup and then used snowplows to plow it away. Police say it appears the tractor-trailer driver overcorrected to avoid another car. The rig then hit the median and knocked over a light pole, which cut open the side of the trailer, splattering the saucy cargo along the road. No one was hurt in the accident. Comments ( |
