Man Pleads Guilty To Family Murder
Medford, Oregon (CNN) - A man accused of killing his wife and four young kids in 2011 entered an Alford plea in court in Oregon Tuesday.
The plea means he acknowledges there's enough evidence to convict him, but is not admitting guilt. Jordan Adam Criado did admit in court he killed his wife, but said she killed their children. Firefighters pulled all of them from a burning home, with Criado as the only survivor. Criado's sentencing is set for mid-April. Prosecutors say they will recommend life in prison without the possibility of parole. Criado has signed a waiver of direct appeal, meaning he won't be able to appeal anything related to the case.
