O.J. Simpson In Las Vegas Court

By Paul Johnson

Las Vegas, Nevada (CNN) - OJ Simpson was in a Las Vegas courtroom Monday trying to get his 2008 robbery, assault and kidnapping convictions thrown out.
The former football great was convicted of leading a group of friends into a Las Vegas hotel room in 2007 to take back sports memorabilia from two dealers.
Simpson says bad representation landed him in prison.
The Nevada Supreme court upheld his conviction in 2010 and prosecutors say this appeal is "without merit."
Simpson was acquitted of murder charges in the 1994 deaths of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend Ronald Goldman.
