Boeing Dreamliner Returns To U.S. Skies Today

By Paul Johnson

Everett, Washington (CNN) - Boeing's dreamliner 787 will return to the skies in the u-s this week.
Battery problems resulted in its grounding earlier this year.
It's the first entire airline model to be grounded by the federal aviation administration in more than 30 years.
But a redesigned battery system has cleared the way for the plane's return to service.
At 11 a-m eastern today, united airlines will start flying the dreamliner again on domestic routes.
United flight one will depart from Houston’s George Bush intercontinental airport, heading for Chicago's O'Hare international airport.
