Prescott, Arizona (CNN) - People in Central Arizona are remembering the heroes who lost their lives fighting a raging wildfire this weekend.
You can see people have set up a memorial here in Prescott in honor of the 19 fallen firefighters.
The firefighters were members of an elite squad with the Prescott fire department.
They were killed Sunday while fighting the Yarnell hill fire, northwest of phoenix.
Arizona's governor has called the fire the deadliest in state history.
It was apparently sparked by lightning strikes Friday.
As of Tuesday afternoon, it had burned more than eight-thousand acres.
