10 Killed When Air Taxi Burst Into Flames At Airport In Southern Alaska

Soldotna, Alsaka (CNN) - Authorities say all ten people on an air taxi died Sunday morning when it burst into flames at an Alaska airport.
The FAA says the aircraft was operated by Rediske air.
Officials do not know what caused the air taxi to catch fire at the airport in Soldotna.
Police say by the time firefighters and medics arrived, the small plane was fully engulfed in flames.
The national transportation safety board has been called in to investigate.
It was not immediately known if the plane was taking off or landing when it caught fire.
