San Francisco, California (CNN) - As a juvenile corrections officer, Teresa Goines got frustrated seeing young men caught up in the criminal justice system.
In 2005, she quit her job and started the Old Skool Cafe, a 1940s era, youth-run supper club that now provides training, jobs and support to formerly incarcerated and at-risk youth in San Francisco.
