Buford, Wyoming ( CNN ) - Wyoming town, population "1" officially reopens today!
Buford, the smallest town in the nation - at just over 10 acres...was sold at auction last year.
A man from Vietnam bought the town for $900,000.
Buford was sought by bidders from 46 countries during the auction that was streamed live over the internet.
The new owner gets a gas station, convenience store, a school house from the early 1900's, and a three bedroom home that sits on 10 acres of land.
The previous owner bought the town in 1992.
