Wife Indicted In Montana Newlywed Murder
Missoula, Montana (CNN) - A newlywed accused of pushing her husband off a cliff is scheduled to be arraigned on murder charges this Friday afternoon.
A federal grand jury yesterday charged Jordan Linn Graham with first- and second-degree murder, and making false statements.
Graham had been married to Cody Johnson for little more than a week when the two went hiking in Montana's glacier national park back in July.
An affidavit in the case states graham admitted she pushed Johnson in anger after he grabbed her arm during an argument -- causing him to fall off the cliff.
Graham's attorney says the death was an accident.
