Montana ( CNN) - It's day two of the trial for a newlywed charged with murdering her husband.
Both prosecutors and defense attorneys agree Jordan Graham pushed her husband off a cliff in glacier national park in Montana.
But the defense says it was an accident.
During opening statements Monday, prosecutors told jurors that witnesses and text messages will prove Graham is a murderer.
They say Graham was having second thoughts about the marriage and lied to police to try to cover up the crime.
Defense attorneys admit their client lied to authorities, but say she did it to quote "run for the reality of the situation, instinctively like a frightened rabbit."
