Washington's Governor Suspends Death Penalty

Washington (CNN) - The governor of Washington State makes a surprise announcement to stop using the death penalty.
Governor Jay Inslee's suspension of capital punishment is only temporary.
Civil rights activists are cheering, but some prosecutors and families of crime victims take a different view.
