Tijuana (CNN) - People returning to the U.S. from south of the border often find themselves waiting in line for hours.
And the estimated wait time for re-entry from customs and border patrol at the Tijuana crossing is usually significantly off.
But Christian Delarosa reports that could soon change under a new partnership between San Diego engineers and the Baja government.
