Las Vegas Welcomes 'High Roller' Ferris Wheel

Las Vegas, Nevada (CNN) - Four years in the making, what's being hailed as the world's largest observation wheel is now open to the public on the Las Vegas strip.
The highly anticipated "high roller" is part of Caesar entertainment's 555-million dollar Linq project.
Azenith Smith was among the first to ride the big wheel on the opening day.
