COOKE CITY, Mont. (AP) _ Wildlife officials are trying to trap a
bear that bit a man at a campground near Cooke City, about five
miles from the northeast entrance to Yellowstone National Park.

Melissa Frost of the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and
Parks says two baited traps have been placed at the Soda Butte
campground.

An Oregon man was in his tent early Thursday when the bear
entered and bit both of his hands. The man received emergency care
at the campground and was taken to the hospital in Cody, Wyo.

Frost says officials believe the bear was a grizzly.
