San Francisco Mayor Announces Ballot Measure To Increase Minimum Wage To $15 An Hour

San Francisco, California (CNN) - Leaders in San Francisco say living there is so expensive; the minimum wage needs to be hiked to $15 an hour.
Backers of the wage increase say it'll help more than 100-thousand workers.
But some businesses are warning of higher prices and layoffs.
