San Diego Police To Use Officer Body-Cams

San Diego, California (CNN) - The San Diego police department is aiming to create greater transparency with hundreds of new uniform and sunglasses cameras.
City officials plan to spend nearly four million dollars over four years to equip one-thousand officers with the video recorders.
But civil rights activists have some concerns.
