Ellensburg "Snag Canyon" Fire Destroys Homes

Ellensburg, Washington (CNN) - The snag fire near Ellensburg, Washington has burned at least 36-hundred acres of land and destroyed at least eight homes since it started on Saturday.
Fire officials say a lightning strike may be to blame.
The Red Cross is helping residents and there is also an emergency shelter for livestock and other animals.
