BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) _ A 48-year-old Musselshell County fugitive
arrested in Idaho last week has been returned to Montana.

Bryon J. Kancilia was booked into the Yellowstone County jail on
Monday following his arrest Oct. 7 in Glenns Ferry, Idaho.

Kancilia was arrested in Glenns Ferry, Idaho, on a bail jumping
warrant after authorities said he failed to appear in August for
sentencing on five felony theft convictions.

A jury had convicted Kancilia of the theft charges in May.
Prosecutors are seeking a 15-year prison sentence.

A new sentencing date for Kancilia has been set for Oct. 26. His
arraignment on the bail jumping charge has not yet been scheduled.
He is being held without bond.
