7 Fort Campbell soldiers killed over weekend

FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. (AP) _ Military officials say seven members
of the 101st Airborne Division were killed during a deadly weekend
in Afghanistan.
In the latest announcement, the military said 33-year-old Capt.
Ellery R. Wallace of Salt Lake City, Utah, and 20-year-old Pfc.
Bryn T. Raver of Harrison, Ark., were killed after their vehicle
was struck by a rocket propelled grenade on Saturday.
In a separate incident, 27-year-old Spc. James Robinson, of
Lebanon, Ohio, died on Saturday when his base was attacked in
eastern Afghanistan. On Friday, 20-year-old Pfc. Chad Derek
Coleman, of Moreland, Ga., and 20-year-old Pvt. Adam Jacob Novak,
of Prairie du Sac, Wis., were killed when an improvised explosive
device detonated near their vehicle.
Kelly DeWitt, a Fort Campbell spokeswoman, said two more 101st
Airborne Division soldiers were killed over the weekend, but their
names have not yet been released.
