SALT LAKE CITY (AP) _ The case of one of four teens who were
cited after rapping their order at a McDonald's in a Utah city
appears headed for trial.

American Fork police cited the teens for disorderly conduct last
month after the drive-through rap.

The teens have said they were imitating a popular video on
YouTube. They rapped their order, which begins with, ``I need a
double cheeseburger and hold the lettuce ...'' once quickly before
repeating it more slowly.

Spenser Dauwalder has said employees at the restaurant told him
and his friends they were holding up the line and needed to order
or leave. He and his three 17-year-old friends ended up not buying
anything and later were cited.

The 18-year-old Dauwalder is challenging the disorderly conduct
infraction in a Utah County court and on Wednesday a trial was set
for January.
