$7.6 Million In Damage Because Of Pocatello Wildfire
Pocatello, Idaho (KIDK) Fire crews have had their hands full with a wildfire in Pocatello.
Just counting the sixty six homes completely destroyed, the county says there's been at least $7.6 million in damage, not counting damaged homes, destroyed cars, or outbuildings. The county has lifted the ban on the sale of fireworks, but the use fire works and open flames is still prohibited. County officials say the region is so dry, an errant ember could quickly turn any neighborhood into a scorched scene like this one.
