JACKSON, Wyo. (AP) _ Authorities say an avalanche near Teton
Valley, Idaho killed one man and another slide near Togwotee Pass
in Wyoming hurt two others.

The Teton County Sheriff's Office says 62-year-old Scott Lishman
was snowmobiling with his son on Garns Mountain when the avalanche occurred Saturday afternoon. The son, Nick Lishman, was able to call emergency workers after the slide and his father was taken to a nearby hospital but did not survive.

Jeff Golightly with Togwotee Mountain Lodge says two of the
lodge's guides helped evacuate two snowmobilers injured in a
separate avalanche in the Breccia Cliffs area on Friday.
