87-Year Old Denver Man Facing Felony Drug Charges
Denver, Colorado (FOX) He's not your typical Marijuana grower.
On Friday, 87-year old Edward Bogunvoitch was charged with possession with intent to distribute Marijuana, more than 100 pounds worth. As well as cultivation of Marijuana with more than thirty plants, and possession of marijuana for more than twelve ounces, all charges are felonies. But Bogunovitch, a medical Marijuana user insists the plants are just for him and his family. He adds, "Iwouldn't have lived as long as if I didn't use it...I'm pushing for the 100, I'm pushing them, I'm going to fight them we'll iron this out" His next court appearance is scheduled for August 16th.
