Accused LAX Shooter Pleads Not Guilty In Court

Los Angeles, California (CNN) The man accused of shooting and killing a TSA officer at LAX in November pleaded not guilty today to 11 charges, including murder.

Prosecutors say they have not decided if they will seek the death penalty against 23-year-old Paul Ciancia.

Investigators say Ciancia targeted TSA agents when he burst into the Los Angeles Airport with a gun on November 1st.

Officer Gerardo Hernandez was killed in the shooting.

Two other TSA officers and a passenger were hurt.

Police shot Ciancia, and he was hospitalized for two weeks.
