Five Found Dead, Including Three Children

Albuquerque, New Mexico (KRQE) A man, a woman and three elementary–aged children were found dead in an Albuquerque, New Mexico home last night.

Authorities say they got a call about a possible homicide and when deputies arrived at the home, they found five bodies with multiple gunshot wounds.

They also found several weapons in the home including what they describe as an assault–type rifle.

The suspect in the case is 15–years–old.

"There's no other way to say it but we have a horrific crime scene we're working and it'll be intensive and we'll work hard to do everything that needs to be done," Bernalillo County Sheriff Dan Houston.

Police say 15–year–old Nehemiah Griego, who investigators say is possibly related to the victims, is in custody and is being charged with two counts of murder and three counts of child abuse leading to the murder.

Investigators say Griego lives at the home where the bodies were found.
