By KMVT News

Troutdale, Oregon (CNN) Graduation at the Oregon High School that was the scene of a deadly shooting just two days ago will go on as planned.

On Tuesday, police say 15-year-old student Jared Padgett opened fire at Reynolds High School, killing 14-year-old Emilio Hoffman and wounding a teacher, before taking his own life.

Classes and final exams have been canceled there, but school officials say graduation will still take place as scheduled Thursday.

Students were asked to gather Thursday morning for commencement practice.

The ceremony is scheduled to take place at Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Portland.
