ISP Seizes 15 Pounds Of Marijuana From Traffic Stop

American Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) A routine traffic stop on the interstate ends with nearly 15 pounds of marijuana off the streets.

ISP pulled over a Chrysler Town and Country van Sunday morning on Interstate–86 near American Falls for a traffic violation.

In addition to the marijuana, police also found drug paraphernalia; schedule 2 narcotics and a pair of handguns.

The driver and passenger, both men from out of state, were arrested and booked into Power County Jail.

Daniel Sewell, from New Rockford, ND and Timothy Scott, from Fargo, ND are being charged with trafficking a controlled substance, felony possession of marijuana, felony possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of firearms, and possession of drug paraphernalia
