ITD Looking For Communities In Bike/Pedestrian Count Project

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) The ITD is looking for communities to participate in an upcoming project.

The survey is for those communities who have not previously collected data on biking and walking. The data will be used for the development of a tool to improve bicycle and pedestrian faciliities.

Local or tribal governments, highway districts and metropolitan planning organizations are eligible.

The application deadline is April 1st.

At least three communities will be selected, including one with a population up to 3,000 a population between 3,000 and 20,000 and 20,000 or higher.
