Idaho Man Pleads Not Guilty To Slapping A Toddler
Coeur d'Alene, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) - An Idaho man charged with slapping a toddler on a Minneapolis-to-Atlanta flight made an initial appearance in federal court In Coeur d'Alene today.
Joe Hundley is accused of using a racial slur then slapping a two-year-old boy across the face on a delta airlines flight last month. Hundley appeared before a judge and was released on a $10,000 bond. As a condition of his release, Hundley cannot drink alcohol or possess firearms and must surrender his passport. Hundley has been charged with assaulting a minor, and according to his attorney, will plead not guilty. Comments ( |
