Idaho's Homeless Numbers Drop

Boise, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) Idaho's homeless numbers continue to drop.

The homeless population has decreased for the third consecutive year.
This according to Point-in-Time count, a snapshot of people living on the streets.

The Idaho Housing and Finance Association reports the 2013 assessment identified more than 17–hundred homeless adults and children in the Gem State; a 9.5% decrease from last year.

What's even more alarming, is it's a 24% decrease since 2010.
In that year, more than 23–hundred Idahoans found themselves living on the streets.
