Las Vegas Man Accused Of Fatal Shooting At Bally's Appears In Court
Las Vegas, Nevada (CNN) A Las Vegas man accused in a deadly shooting outside an after-hours club appeared before a judge for the first time Wednesday.
An attorney for 41-year-old Benjamin Frazier claimed he has no memory of shooting several men outside Drai Nightclub inside Bally's Resort and Casino last week.
Prosecutors say Frazier pulled a gun after arguing about a cover charge with the club manager and a security guard.
Both employees were shot and injured.
The man who was killed was a patron who had stepped in to try to help.
Today prosecutors said a death penalty review committee will decide whether or not to treat the matter as a capital murder case.
Frazier's preliminary hearing was set for December 13th.
