Man Arrested On Accusation He Offered To Shoot Someone For 100 Retweets
Los Angeles, California (CNN) This is the photo police say a man sent out on Twitter, along with an offer to shoot someone for 100 retweets.
The owner of the Twitter account, 20-year-old Dakkari Mcanuff, was arrested Wednesday in Los Angeles on suspicion of criminal threats.
Police say he asked Twitter users to repost his message 100 times...offering to "shoot someone walking."
100 retweets quickly followed.
But officers say the gun turned out to be an air rifle and Mcanuff has not been charged with actually shooting someone.
He is being held on 50 thousand dollars bail.
