Man Sentenced For Killing Border Patrol Agent
Tuscon, Arizona (CNN) A Mexican man accused in the 2010 shooting death of a border patrol agent has been sentenced to 30 years behind bars.
Here you can see a mug shot of Manuel Osorio-Arellanes.
He pleaded guilty in October 2012 to first-degree murder in the slaying of border patrol agent Brian Terry.
The case was controversial because two of the rifles found at the scene of Terry's death were part of the government's controversial "Fast and Furious" gun-tracking operation.
Officials have not been able to prove the two guns found were used to kill Terry.
