Memorial Held For Isla Vista Victim

Chino Hills, California (CNN) A memorial service took place Monday for one of the six people killed in last month's rampage in Isla Vista, California.

Family and friends gathered to remember 22-year-old Katie Cooper at a church in Chino Hills.

She was a UC Santa Barbara senior majoring in art history and a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority.

A scholarship in her honor was announced during the memorial.

On May 23rd, gunman Elliot Rodger fatally shot and stabbed six students and injured more than a dozen others before taking his own life.
