Boise, Idaho ( KBOI-TV ) The food and drink options are changing at the Boise Airport, now offering more local flavor.

In just a few months, Big City Coffee, along with several businesses, will be added to the airport.

It's a part of a construction project that's adding 10 thousand square feet of food and drink space to the airport for travelers.

“I think the Boise Airport needs something like this... the local flavor... having people visit our community; it's going to be awesome... Give them a taste of what Boise's all about... The idea of supporting local business, you can't go wrong with that," says Tim Wonacott, Boise resident.

Other restaurants in the airport addition include Parilla Grill and 13th Street Pub and Grill from the North End.

Bardenay, Einstein Brothers Bagels, Cross Grain Brewhouse and Harvest and Grounds Bakery and Coffee will also be opening up in October.
