Police Continue To Search For Witnesses In Motorcycle Crash

Boise, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - Boise Police are asking for the public’s help as they investigate a serious injury motorcycle crash that happened on Overland Avenue. That crash happened Monday around 3:20pm. Although officers do have some witness accounts, traffic was very busy on Overland at the time and officers are hoping additional eye witnesses will come forward and may provide important information on the crash and what was happening the moments leading up to it.
Anyone who was on Overland Road just west of Curtis at 11:51 yesterday morning and saw the crash but has not yet spoken with an officer is urged to contact detectives at 208-570-6290.
The motorcyclist involved remains hospitalized with life threatening injuries. He collided with a smaller blue SUV with silver trim on the side panels. The motorcyclist was traveling westbound on Overland. The SUV was headed east and turning north onto Biggs Street when the collision occurred. The motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet.
