Chelsea Cook and Brooklyn Zechmann say their school bus driver doesn't handle them, appropriately. "Got out of his seat and he stepped up, pushed us back and that was one of the big deals... He was pushing me back." This comes after allegations the same driver slams on the brakes to make students behave... And on Wednesday, gave a 15–year–old whiplash. Kimberly Green, a mother adds, "my main concern is the erratic and dangerous activity behind the wheel that's happening." Kimberly Green has two daughters that take the bus. She says the driver used force on her daughter. "He physically did push against her chest area, it's not appropriate. Green... Filed a police report Thursday afternoon. "I know that's not acceptable bahavior, my mom has drove bus for 20 years." Brent Carpenter, who owns the Brown Bus Company says there's nothing to back up the claims. After watching video, inside the bus. KBOI 2News asked to see the video as well.. But were denied. Carpenter says, "we had an SRO watch the video, following up on a police report... So we watched it a number of times." Ron Zechmann adds, "she has watched the video, kids out of line, altercation at the end." Ron Zechmann says the Nampa student resource officer told him it was hard to see what was going on. "I think the school district is getting a handle on it," adds Zechmann. But at this point.. The school district tells us they haven't even seen the video. It's actually the police department looking into the claim... We asked the district's attorney to obtain it, on behalf of taxpayers.. And are still waiting for a reply. Comments ( |
