Boise, Idaho (KBOI) An Idaho group of scrapbookers want the families of the Newtown shooting victims to remember the good.
Volunteers from around the Treasure Valley have been preparing the memory albums. Handy Hands Reflections has researched each person, 26 in all, so they can personalize their book for the things they liked.
Organizers say they know how important a small gift like this can be to the healing process.
"Too many stories to tell, but I was able to give my mom her album one month before she passed away which validated my creation of this which we started in 2008," adds Jacki Kelsch.
Once the family gets the albums they will put the pictures in themselves.
