Tools

By KMVT News

Chubbuck, Idaho (KIFI, KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV) Police in Bannock County are searching for a woman who went missing on Sunday.

A four year old girl and 18 month old boy... Have no idea where their mommy is.

Police say 23-year old Leah Schultz hasn't been seen since Sunday.

Sheriff's deputies found Leah's car - a white Honda Accord - and say they found evidence nearby... But won't say what that evidence is.

The sheriff's office says the situation looks suspicious... And they aren't treating it like a runaway situation.

Friends of Leah say they're doing everything to find her... And at least thirty people have spent the day searching on foot in the neighborhood... Others in cars... Even some in snowmobiles.

Leah's friend Kasey spoke with us today.. With Leah's four year old daughter sitting on her knee... And said they would keep searching straight through the night.

"We're just trying to find her, that she's okay. And that's it, we're just going to search high and low, we're not going to stop until we find her," says Kasey Robinson, Leah's friend.

The sheriff's office says Leah was last seen Sunday night at 8 at her boyfriend's home.

Anyone with information about where Schultz might be is asked to call the Bannock County Sheriff's Office at (208) 236-7111.
