Seattle Shooting: A Case Of Workplace Violence?
Seattle, Washington (KIRO) A parks and recreation employee in Seattle is being charged with shooting a man at a department maintenance building Friday.
Carolyn Piksa is accused of attacking Bill Keller – Executive Director of a non–profit that runs the city's community centers. Police say Keller is in critical but stable condition.
